Every year a large part of the fruits and vegetbles produced in our country, get wasted because they are considered ugly. Produce that is grown with love for human consumption is rejected by and goes uneaten because of its appearance.
At North Tisbury Farm we want to do our share in minimizing food waste. Our "Ugly Food" selection is produce that is still perfectly fine to eat, but just not flawless (anymore). Eat healthy and organic at a fraction of the cost and feel good, knowing that by eating Imperfect, you're helping to reduce food waste and protect the environment from unnecssary foodwaste!
